Who we are & what we do

We’re a brand performance business that creates more value from our clients identity, digital and marketing activity. Our integrated offer provides services such as brand strategy and identity, digital strategy, UX/UI design, web development, SEO, CRO and PPC, marketing strategy, content creation and integrated campaigns. We work with regional and national clients such as Fat Hippo, Greggs, Warwick Estates, Forfusion, Torro and SoftBank. 

What's in it for you?

Here at Precept, we know that dummy projects and made-up clients aren’t going to help you learn. That’s why you’ll be able to work on live projects from our client base. You'll become a part of the client services team and while you’re on your placement you'll be partnered up with Claire, our Client Services Director. She’ll guide you through your time at Precept, taking you through our project processes and give you all the help and support you need to develop your skills as a project manager.

Working as part of the client services team, you'll be working across a variety of projects with a strong focus on project delivery and client relations. Our experienced team will support you during your time with us, giving you the confidence to contribute your own ideas to live projects. 

What can you expect

Who are you?

  • You are a current student or recent graduate (ideally a business studies or marketing degree)
  • You are commercially minded 
  • You're organised and have great attention to detail
  • You have ambition, big ideas and drive to match ours
  • You love problem-solving 
  • Team player who loves mucking in 
  • An eagerness to learn

How does it work?

If you’re successful at the interview stage, we’ll offer you an initial two to four week placement to see how you fair. Then, if successful we may choose to extend that to a 3-month internship up to a maximum of 9 months all going well. This should give you a great piece of experience for your CV, but better still the lucky ones may even be offered a job at the end of their tenure. In fact, half of our team secured their job’s following an internship, so the proof is in the pudding. What are you waiting for!
