Here at Precept, we know that dummy projects and made-up clients aren’t going to help you learn. That’s why you’ll be able to work on live projects from our client base. You'll become a part of the client services team and while you’re on your placement you'll be partnered up with Claire, our Client Services Director. She’ll guide you through your time at Precept, taking you through our project processes and give you all the help and support you need to develop your skills as a project manager.
Working as part of the client services team, you'll be working across a variety of projects with a strong focus on project delivery and client relations. Our experienced team will support you during your time with us, giving you the confidence to contribute your own ideas to live projects.
If you’re successful at the interview stage, we’ll offer you an initial two to four week placement to see how you fair. Then, if successful we may choose to extend that to a 3-month internship up to a maximum of 9 months all going well. This should give you a great piece of experience for your CV, but better still the lucky ones may even be offered a job at the end of their tenure. In fact, half of our team secured their job’s following an internship, so the proof is in the pudding. What are you waiting for!
