As a Senior Designer, you'll be a dedicated and passionate individual capable of producing highly strategic and conceptual designs for Precept's broad client base. Working alongside a team of strategists, designers, digital marketers and developers, you will drive creative projects and implement high-standard design ideas from concept to completion.
The role will initially involve remote working in line with government guidance. However, you will predominantly work from Precept's Newcastle-based studio on St Peter's Marina.
Experience
You will have at least 5 years of industry experience working in an agency environment with proven skills and competencies in branding and web-related projects. You will be confident working with a range of clients, from start-ups to established SMEs.
Portfolio
Candidates should demonstrate a varied portfolio of concept-driven design work. Your work will showcase strategic thinking and impeccable execution across various brand and digital projects within the industry.
People Skills
You will be a confident individual, capable of working as a team and independently while taking part and leading workshops, interviews and presentations to clients.
Presentation Skills
Excellent communication skills are a must. You will create and deliver compelling presentations to both colleagues and clients to communicate design concepts effectively.
Design Skills
You will be well-versed in modern design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch and InVision.
